How to whiten up your skin with rice


Hey again ^^

This mask is great in skin whitening; improves skin color; helps fade pimple marks; gives you softer skin; and reduce small wrinkles around the eyes.  And it is safe to use on both face and body. 



Ingredients:

Ground rice
Ground black cumin (Nigella sativa)
Cup of water

Instructions:
Mix 2 tablespoon ground rice with boiled water; simmer till the mixture come together then add 1 tablespoon ground black cumin and mix till turns gray.



                               The paste will look like this.
                               

Leave it to cool down a bit  then apply it on clean skin, leave it on for 1 hour till the mask become dry, then wash your face, after that you can apply your favorite moisturizer.

You have to make a new past every time because it must be applied warm on the skin; to see a great result repeat this mask every day for about 3 months.
