Underarm and Bikini area darkening how to get rid of it?

Hello everyone

In this post we show how lighten up the darkening underarm and private area using of course natural remedies, but first let see the most common causes of this problem.

Common causes:

There many causes of underarm and feminine area darkening such as shaving which irritate the skin, excessive sweating, harsh deodorant or hair removal product which contains chemical in it, and due to the frequent rubbing of the skin against skin and etc...

How to lighten the dark areas:

Hygiene:
Clean your private area and underarm daily with warm water and a mild soap, and always keep these areas dry especially down there, because these areas tend to get all sweaty and wet, and should start wearing cotton underwear for down there, because wearing tight underwear prevents these area from breathing fresh air.

Waxing:
To remove hair I recommend waxing, because when you wax you pull the hair from the roots and usually wax is made of natural ingredients, unlike shaving which cuts the hair and irritates the skin and makes it red. And if you like shaving or waxing is too much painful than it’s your choice.

Exfoliate:
Exfoliating those areas will remove the dead skin cells and prevents ingrown hair; you can use an exfoliating brush or gloves while you are in the shower, lather up with soap and gently scrub your skin in circular motion, then rinse.

After that use this natural scrub once a week made of lemon and salt; this scrub will make your skin very soft, and lighter:
2 lemons peel, half lemon juice, and 2 tablespoon salt (you can add more of salt if it’s needed, it should not be all liquidy), stir them in a small bowl, gently scrub your skin in circular motion, leave it on for 10 – 15 minutes then rinse (you can use this scrub on your whole body, but only for 1 minutes if you want to use is on your face).

You should know that this scrub is a bit harsh, so don’t use it after shaving or waxing.

Lemon (or lime) and tomato juice mask:

                                                                                    Or drink it!

So how you going to make this acidly mask? It’s really easy all you have to do is dice 1 tomato don’t peel it, and squeeze 1 lime or lemon or you can peel it and put into the blender along with the tomato, take a piece of cotton and soak it in the tomato and lemon juice, then apply it on your skin, and just before the skin absorb the juice apply a small amount of starch on it and gently massage it, leave it on for about 15 minutes or as long as you can, then rinse applying this mask daily will help lighten the dark areas, you will see results in 15 days but it depends on your skin tone and type.

You could use either tomato juice or lemon juice as mask; but both them have natural acids; and fruits acids are used in a lot of skin products, so why not using them both.

Hope you find these helpful, thanks for reading :)

  4. Use the hand grater (cheese grater) to grate the lemon peel (Picture: http://www.gimmesomeoven.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/grating-the-lemon-peel.jpg )
Then juice the lemon (2 lemons)
Then add 2 tablespoons salt to the lemon juice and lemon peel..
The scrub must feel like a wet sand.. Not all the salt being dissolved
Then wet your skin (clean) with warm water and massage it with this scrub... leave it on for 10-15 minutes(it's a bit harsh) and then rinse with water.
    I hope it's clear now
