Dark circles under the eyes

Hello readers

Dark circles under the eyes are very frustrating for a lot of girls, Sometimes it’s hard to even hidden those dark circles using make up, I know! So annoying!

The most common causes:

Dark Circles under the eyes can be caused by many reasons such as Lack Of sleep (people who don’t get quality sleep or enough sleep), Anemia (who is suffering from an iron deficiency), a Kidney issues, an Allergic reaction, Dehydration (It causes the blood vessels to dilate and swell), Constipation and colon problems (a person who suffers from constipation notices changes in the skin).

Homemade remedies to cure the dark circles:
Cucumber eye mask: is the most known treatment used for this problem; you can use it as slices on eyes leave it on for 15-30 minutes twice a day, or grate 1 cucumber then soaks a piece of cotton in the juice and apply it around the eyes, leave it on overnight, or you can use Cucumber with milk find out how in this link

Jojoba oil with Wheat Germ Oil: mix equal amounts of the Jojoba oil and Wheat germ oil, then apply small amount under your eyes daily and leave it on overnight, this eye mask is really awesome because Jojoba oil has a high proportion of collagen, and collagen treats the dark circles, and also Wheat germ oil have a high proportion of Vitamin E that helps smooth out eye wrinkles.

Change your Daily routine:

Get enough sleep: getting 7 to 8 hours of Sleep each night can enhance your health, try to set a regular bedtime routine.

Drink enough water: it helps flush out toxins and waste products from the body, I don’t believe in drinking 8 glasses of water a day it’s really too much water for me, it should be 8 glasses of fluid a day that means all liquids which you can get from fruit juices, vegetables or other liquids.

Eat healthy: healthy skin comes within; feeding your body with nutrition gives you energy, maintains your weight, and help you look your best. So take action and change your eating habits drink less coffee or tea, avoid sodas, add more fruits and vegetables to your meals; and if you smoke quit smoking.

If you make good changes in your eating habits or in your daily routine even small changes, you will see satisfying results, just take action.

Thanks for reading :)
