Apply it on a clean skin, on your whole body specially the dark places like underarm, bikini area… leave it on for 20- 30 Minutes then rinse with water (It should not be used as facial mask only the body) then makes sure to moisturize your skin with sweet almond oil or dried milk mixed with water, leave it on for 15 minutes then rinse.
How to whiten up dark spots, and underarm, bikini
area darkening using: Indigo, Moroccan Red Clay Rhassoul, and Yeast used in
Bread baking.
This mask
is used for the body skin, and bikini area only, it should not be used on the
Face.
Indigo:
Some of you may have heard of the Indigo hair dye, which is a green powder mixed with henna to dye the hair dark brown or bright bluish black if you add more of Indigo powder to the mixture, anyway there is another Indigo powder which is used to dye the clothes (don’t worry it is safe to use on the skin) it is a Blue powder extracted from the leaves of Indigo plant, the same plant used for the hair.

Moroccan Red Clay (Rhassoul):
The Moroccan clay is well known
for its benefits for the hair, body skin and face; it is an excellent mask to
brighten up the epidermis, and to improve blood circulation.
The clay comes dry in small broken bricks (like in
the picture), or powder that turn into a thick muddy paste when mixed with some water.
Baker’s
Yeast or brewer’s yeast:
There is not much difference between the baker’s and brewer’s yeast; the yeast is used as a mask for the skin to smooth it and
nourish it and also for the hair strength and makes it shine.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Rhassoul Moroccan red clay
1 teaspoon Indigo
3 tablespoon yeast
Instructions:
Add enough water to the Moroccan red clay and mix
into a smooth paste, then add the yeast (baker’s yeast or brewer’s yeast) to
the mixture, mix till all comes together, then add the indigo, the mixture
should look smooth blue paste.
